A new chapter in a story that keeps getting better.
Louisiana Delta Service Corps was created in 1991 to address social issues in the three-state Lower Mississippi River Delta region. It’s Louisiana’s longest-running AmeriCorps program, a national effort that engages young adults in public service works that meet pressing community needs.
By 2017, LDSC’s geographic focus had narrowed to the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas, so the organization came to TILT for a complete brand redo. Our effort began with a new, easier-to-remember name, accompanying tagline (Lead Here, Lead Now) and foundational brand statements (mission, vision and core values). From there, we created a dynamic new logo and color system, core print collateral, staff/member apparel and a completely redesigned and rewritten website that puts member and partner stories front and center.
We’re proud of the work we’ve done for Serve Louisiana — but probably ten-thousand times prouder of the work their members and partner organizations do every day. Keep it up, good people!
After 25 years of successful programming, our name and our services weren’t well known outside of the industry. TILT guided us through a full rebrand including everything from defining our identity and renaming the organization, to developing marketing materials and launching a website. They perfectly captured our values, mission, and purpose — things that we’d been struggling to concisely communicate for a long time. Now we can tell our true story, and as a result, it’s easier to attract ideal partners and members.
